Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team- oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. * Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting inventory checks. * Assist in product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing strategies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail Smoke Shop environments is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. * Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking. * Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential. * The candidate must be at least 21 years old. * The candidate to be bilingual Join our team as a Sales Associate where you can make a difference in our customers' shopping experience while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
