Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team- oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting inventory checks.
• Assist in product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail Smoke Shop environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
• The candidate must be at least 21 years old.
