Why Shy Creation? * Pay starts at $24/hr -$30/hr (depends on experience) * Paid training * Health Benefits (Health, Vision and Dental Insurance) * Metro Pass * Paid Jewish Holidays * 401(k) * Extraordinary team atmosphere * Annual Bonus Qualifications: * Knowledge and interest in the jewelry industry * Experience with handling high-value merchandise is preferred * Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented * Exceptional follow-up skills and ability to analyze work-load and plan accordingly * Creative, highly organized and solution oriented. Ability to receive a task and anticipate necessary steps to success. * Motivated self starter with a "can do" attitude. Responsibilities : * Receive orders from the Sales team and physically pulls merchandise from the Showroom * Locate merchandise and fulfill each order accurately in a timely manner * Keeps merchandise sorted, labeled, organized and staged correctly for delivery * Performs inventory lookup and coordinates with Production department to ensure all orders meet the highest standards * Reports any merchandise and inventory issues that arises * Replenish and putting back merchandise in the Showroom * Answering Showroom calls and assisting customer inquiries when needed * Job frequently moves around the office for various needs in a fast paced environment * Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area * Must be energetic and enthusiastic and willing to engage with the team and customers * Able to communicate openly and interactively with the team and management * Opportunities for employee growth and development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
