Compensation: $85,000 - $196,400 yearly Responsibilities: * Develop the client base by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand clientele. * Manage leads effectively by hunting for, organizing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments promptly with excellent customer responses. * Maintain an organized database of current and potential clients, ensuring all lead information is up to date. * Engage with prospects through various communication methods such as email and phone calls to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate qualified luxury real estate leads. * Deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to demonstrate progress towards company objectives for the team. Qualifications: * Candidates must hold or be actively working towards obtaining a real estate license in Florida. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for successful client engagement. * Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
