Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Aspire Technologies, Inc., is a privately held software company with over 30 years of experience in developing a sales force automation product, QuoteWerks, that integrates with leading contact management and accounting applications. Only local candidates need apply. The position is in Orlando, FL. Telecommuting/WFH is not an option. We work in a highly organic and dynamic environment collaborating with our co-workers requiring us to be in the same office. This is a salaried position with no quotas or cold calling. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Answer all basic product, feature, and account questions from existing customers
• Maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
• Ensure customers' needs are understood and satisfied
• Create renewal quotes and more detailed proposals
• Interact with our reseller/partner channel
• Provide product demonstrations
• Client retention and follow ups (emails and calls)
• Meet monthly outbound call requirements
• Handle Inbound calls and emails
• Work on various one-off outbound call campaigns as assigned
• Continuously improve knowledge of QuoteWerks products
• Actively work on knowledge of sales procedures and customer service skill set
• Other responsibilities as assigned General Position

Requirements

:

• 2-3 years of customer service-focused office experience (technology and CRM experience strongly preferred)
• 2-3 years B2B sales experience (software experience is a plus)
• Experience managing customer or client accounts
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive and outgoing disposition
