Key Responsibilities

: - Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service. - Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule for the medical professionals. - Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner. - Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately. - Assist in promoting and selling spa services and products to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. - Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area. - Support marketing initiatives and outreach programs to attract new clients. - Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or healthcare is a plus. - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical or spa setting. - Strong sales skills with a passion for aesthetics and client care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software.
