About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Dallas team. In this role, you'll drive new business by connecting clients to health insurance solutions and building a strong pipeline alongside our Sales Manager. This is an opportunity to launch or grow your sales career, earn uncapped commissions , and fast-track to a self-employed agent model after 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell insurance policies to individual and business clients to achieve sales goals.
- Follow up with inbound leads and proactively generate new business through cold calling and networking.
- Enroll clients in our health services network.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
- Represent us at local events and networking opportunities. What We're Looking For
- Ability to obtain a Texas Life and Health Insurance License within 60 days (training and licensing fees fully covered).
- 1-5 years of sales experience preferred; college degree optional.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in prospecting by phone and in-person.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships.
- Ambitious, coachable, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work in-office , Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
Compensation
Details
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000+ in your first year (base salary + commission).
- Base Salary: Starts at $45,000 , with increases to $50,000 at 90 days and $55,000 at 180 days based on performance.
- Commission: 5% of total premium per policy sold (uncapped; paid monthly).
