All we are looking for is someone who excels at interacting with a variety of different individuals, and who wants to work hard and do things the right way, no matter what. What would I be doing? * Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territory * Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients * Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions * Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues * Communicate internally with team members * Other duties may be assigned What skills does it take to win? * Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity * Hungry, driven, and competitive * Humble and teachable attitude * Relational and outgoing personality * Strong communication skills What will I get paid? We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal $125,000 with opportunity to exceed.
