Job Summary

As a Fine Jewelry Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our exquisite selection of jewelry. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces while ensuring a flawless shopping experience. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong clienteling skills, and a passion for the Luxury and Jewelry industries. It is imperative that you thrive on fostering long lasting relationships with your clientele to ultimately become their only "concierge" and go-to professional for all gifting and purchasing needs. We aim to create an innovative and completely bespoke way to help our customers, offering in person and virtual private appointments, in-house style visits, on-the-spot deliveries and anything else needed to provide a complete Luxury Customer Service to discerning jewelry collectors.

Duties

• Greet and guide customers through the store, presenting the brand and actively listening to what they are looking for.
• Provide knowledgeable product information to showcase the features and uniqueness of our designs, assisting and encouraging customers to try on various pieces.
• Operate the register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and in a timely and organized fashion, and expertly packing sold items.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing display and stock of jewelry ensuring stock levels are adequate and replenished as needed. through the completion of Excel log sheets.
• Assist with inventory management, including monthly stock counts and conducting daily stock checks.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer 's utmost satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, brand awareness, store's organizational standards and enhance the overall shopping experience. Skills
• Outstanding Customer Service skills and organization.
• Merchandising skills, such as creatively organizing jewelry displays and maintaining the sales floor.
• Shopify experience preferred.
• Must be able to work with Mac OS
• Excel, Outlook, CRM and Canva experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with flexibility to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in Jewelry or a Watches customer-facing role is a requirement.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required, other languages appreciated.
• Polished and clean presentation.
