Graphic Designer & Sales Associate - Custom Apparel Business Location: Winter Park, Florida Pay: $16-$17hour Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday (20-30 hrs/week)and potentially fulltime About Us: We are a fast-growing custom apparel business , specializing in high- quality customized t-shirts, uniforms, promotional merchandise, and branding solutions for businesses, schools, and organizations. Our team is passionate about creative design, marketing, and delivering top-notch custom products to our customers. About the Role: We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer & Sales Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who loves design, branding, and sales , with experience in creating custom apparel designs, marketing materials, and engaging with clients to bring their vision to life. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design custom artwork for t-shirts, uniforms, and promotional products Create visually appealing layouts, and marketing materials Use industry-standard software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,) to produce high-quality designs Ensure designs meet client requirements and brand consistency Sales & Customer Engagement Assist customers in selecting custom apparel and branding solutions Provide design recommendations based on client needs Process orders and ensure timely production/delivery Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in graphic design (experience in sales or marketing is a plus!) Education: High school diploma + 2 years of work experience or a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field Skills: * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) * Excellent customer service and sales skills * Languages: English (fluent); Spanish optional * Physical: Lift up to 30 lbs If you're a creative thinker with a passion for design, apparel, and sales , we'd love to hear from you!
