Position Summary: We are seeking several Sales Consultants with a charismatic, high energy, creative style that can work well independently or with a team. Essential Functions: * Positive, "can-do" attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm * Work in an upbeat, fast paced, positive team environment * Passion for continuous learning * Actively listen to and engage customers , using appropriate selling skills to match the customer's needs, and ensure their decisions build long-term relationships * Create volume driving initiatives * Hit sales targets and company goals * Handling guest escalations and forming creative and positive solutions * Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs * Managing a schedule based on business needs * Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers * Complete tasks such as processing and recording sales, as needed. * Detail oriented, monitor all open price quotes, provide follow-up on all orders from sale through delivery * Be comfortable with working independently and as a part of the team to achieve success * Greets customers and assists them as required to maintain the highest level of customer service, guide them through our showroom and website to present product * Strong commitment to meeting and surpassing our customer's needs * Demonstrate initiative to grow our business and achieve monthly goals * Demonstrate comfort with basic computer skills, multitasking, answering multiple phone lines and having great time management and organizational skills * Be able to work holidays, weekends ( Sundays are mandatory ) in order to meet the needs of the business * Bi-lingual is a PLUS! Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent is required. * Customer service and people skills, selling to customer needs. * Product knowledge. General math skills. * Excellent communication, organizational, listening and leadership skills. * Initiative to meet assigned sales goals, missions and objectives. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport. * Dependable. * Benefit plans offered vary by full-time/part-time employment status.
