What You 'll Be Doing: * Assess client needs and provide expert recommendations to help them choose the best roofing solutions. * Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals--building relationships with potential clients. * Manage leads and customer relationships using industry-leading tools like CompanyCam, Roofle Instant Estimator, Roofr Measurements, AccuLynx, and Xactimate. * Develop and execute sales strategies within your territory to hit your goals and grow your book of business. * Collaborate closely with our production team to ensure the smooth delivery of each project from start to finish. * Stay ahead of the curve by learning the latest in roofing products, trends, and industry standards. * Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships that keep clients coming back and referring you to others. What We 're Looking For: * Sales experience is helpful, but not required--we're happy to train you if you're motivated to learn and grow! * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. * Comfort with using technology like CRM systems and estimation tools (we'll train you on everything you need to know). * A go-getter attitude : You're motivated, self-driven, and ready to make a difference in the roofing industry. * Analytical skills to assess customer needs and the ability to think on your feet. * Experience in the roofing industry is a plus , but it's not a dealbreaker! * Bilingual: English and Spanish Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Uncapped commission * Yearly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Richardson, TX 75081 (Required) Work Location: In person
