Brunswick +) Earnings Potential: $52,000 base draw salary + bonus opportunities -- unlimited earning potential - $100K+ Are you passionate about home improvement? With 44+ years of trusted experience and partnerships with top brands like Andersen, Pella, Kolbe, and Thermatru, we're all about quality -- in both our products and our people. *What You 'll Do * Meet with homeowners in person to promote and sell WindowRama's industry-leading products and installation services * Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and conduct home visits * Measure and record window and door dimensions for precise ordering * Input sales orders and customer notes into our CRM * Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients * Represent WindowRama with professionalism, energy, and integrity * Participate in ongoing sales and product training * Negotiate contracts and confidently close deals * *Key Competencies * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset * Thrives in a fast-paced environment and picks up new skills quickly * Proven ability to mentor, supervise, and develop team members * Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems * Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and follow-through * High achiever who takes pride in their work and motivates others to do the same * Genuine passion for the WindowRama brand and what it represents * Flexible, motivated, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor *Required Education & Experience * 2-3 years of prior sales experience, preferably in home improvement or related industry * Strong product knowledge of windows, doors, or building materials * Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results * Valid driver's license and active automobile insurance * Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays * Ability to work 100% remotely and travel to customer appointments using reliable transportation *What We Offer * $52,000 base draw salary * Uncapped earning potential -- realistic path to $100K+ with bonuses * High-quality leads and an established customer base * Extensive paid training and ongoing support * Medical/Dental/Vision/Pet Insurance * 401K Matching * Profit Sharing bonuses * Mileage reimbursement * A fun, growth-minded team culture * The chance to represent a brand homeowners trust Physical Requirements: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
