DIRECTOR OF GROWTH / TEAM LEADER Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners - North Metro, GA Are you a driven, no-excuses leader who thrives on winning and delivering results? We are hiring a Director of Growth / Team Leader --a bold, high- accountability executive who can grow our real estate business by recruiting talent, developing agents, and leading a high-performance team. This role functions as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Market Center.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead and grow the market center by recruiting top talent
• Coach and develop existing agents to increase productivity
• Maintain a strong culture of accountability and excellence
• Drive profitability, market share, and brand presence
• Partner with ownership to set and exceed growth goals

Qualifications

:

• Active Georgia Real Estate License (Required)
• 5+ years of real estate sales experience
• 2+ years of leadership or team-building experience
• Proven track record of growing real estate businesses
• Keller Williams Realty experience is a plus
• Must be willing to relocate to North Metro, GA (prior to start date) Ideal Candidate:
