Their operations are fully registered and licensed with local, state, and federal agencies, offering comprehensive services in Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, and Sales & Marketing. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical sales and software solutions, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Travel, as needed, to trade shows and conferences to display our products and services. * Travel and attend, as needed, tradeshows or conferences to gain new business opportunities and develop new relationships. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the operations and business development team to identify new market opportunities. * Provide technical support and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments. *Requirements & Qualifications * College degree in a relevant field. * Willing and able to travel and work while on-the-go. * At least 4 years of proven experience in sales or customer service * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Proficiency using a CRM software for managing sales processes. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. * Demonstrated ability in business development with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organizational skills. * Familiarity with software solutions relevant to our industry is a plus.
