What You'll Do

:

• Meet with homeowners and design clients across the Miami area.
• Present remodeling concepts using visuals, samples, and VR walkthroughs.
• Build trust and guide clients through design, budgeting, and project planning.
• Close deals, follow up, and manage your pipeline in our CRM.
• Work closely with our designers and project managers to ensure client satisfaction.

Who You Are

:

• You have a strong background in high-ticket sales (construction, remodeling, or design is a huge bonus).
• You're confident, polished, and naturally great with people.
• You love interior design and working in beautiful spaces.
• You're organized, self-driven, and hungry to earn big commissions.
• You have reliable transportation and are available for in-home visits.
