ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Sales & Gemology Background Required Travel is required. EXCELLENT GROWTH OPPORTUNITY About The Company This high jewelry company is known for creating masterpieces. Their visions are brought to life by the combined efforts of their elite team of master craftsmen, precision sketch engineers, and trained gemologists, each of whom must share a vision for creating a true treasure that will endure the test of time. About The Role The company are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. They are seeking someone with a combined background in sales and gemology. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for servicing their existing clientele, managing important relationships with high jewelers throughout the United States and abroad. A proven ability in developing close customer relationships is crucial to achieving success in this role. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in person through client visits, as well as via phone, email and videoconference. * Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the brand and product. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fulfilling the needs of clientele. * Stay informed about trends, industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position and sell their product. Required Experience * A track record of success in sales and white glove customer service. * Gemological education and/or work experience. * A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs. * Polished and effective communication skills. * An ability to interface with a VIP-level clientele. * Demonstrated capacity to collaborate well with team members. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement and achievement.
