Inside Parts Sales Reports to: Parts & Warehouse Manager Department: Warehouse Classification: Ful -time, Non-Exempt Date: 04/25/2025 Sinoboom North America is looking for a team oriented, flexible and focused Inside Parts Salesperson to join our growing team! Sinoboom North America offers not only a rewarding career but also the following: * Weekly Pay * Competitive Health Benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision * 401k with 4% match * Vacation Pay * 9 Paid Holidays each year Key Responsibilities: * Field incoming calls and online requests for parts quotes and other information. * Manage parts client relationship with a commitment to a high level of service. * Assist mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts. * Post parts received for invoices and repair orders. * Provide estimates for parts needed for repairs. * Pull and fills orders from stock. * Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: * 1-2 years of experience is a plus, but we are willing to train qualified applicants as Inside Parts Salesperson (compensation based on experience). * Requires strong communication skills and must be detailed oriented. * Ability to adapt to varying tasks according to changing volume and business needs. * Capable of lifting parts safely Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and move about the Warehouse. Must be able to lift up to 20 lb. Will to be on your feet and/or seated for long periods of time.
