Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Wireless Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of AT&T, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. You will be face to face presenting offers and promotions to potential customers and processing sales for this position.

Duties

• Engage with customers throughout the day.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and conduct engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
• Handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience with POS systems advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
