Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters. * Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives. * Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, including updating databases and maintaining accurate records. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors or service providers as needed. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all marketing materials and communications. * Assist in organizing open houses, property showings, and other promotional events.
