Patient Care Coordinator (Sales + Marketing) Company Description Rivera Plastic Surgery is a startup boutique plastic surgery practice in Miami Beach, home of Dr Carlos Rivera-Serrano, double board-certified plastic surgeon. Visit [please apply online] Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Patient Care Coordinator (Marketing & Sales Lead) at Rivera Plastic Surgery in Miami Beach. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage sales and leads from various incoming channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), with the support of a CRM. This role will be integral to the patient experience, overseeing the journey from initial marketing leads to guiding patients through the consultation process, ensuring exceptional care at every stage. Some administrative duties will also be required. Additionally, there will be a secondary responsibility in patient acquisition, leading marketing efforts once the sales tasks are completed. Experience in luxury retail sales, marketing, or clinical roles (such as an aesthetician or medical assistant) is a plus. Plastic surgery experience is also a bonus, but if not already experienced, the person will be trained and will become an expert in plastic surgery procedures and aesthetics. Qualifications * Fluency in conversational Spanish and English is a must * Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination skills * Proficiency in Phone Etiquette * Proficiency in Medical Terminology is a plus * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Previous experience in luxury sales, aesthetics, healthcare or medical setting is a plus * Certification or training in Medical Office Administration, Aesthetics, or medical assisting is beneficial Salary * Base ($40-50K year) plus productivity bonus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): * The ideal candidate will present themselves in a polished and well-groomed manner.
