Full description of the position
The Account Executive acts as an account management resource on radio, digital, TV and/or online video creative production work for an automotive account. The Account Executive must be thorough, timely and support the development of marketing plans and creative tactics. By following appropriate workflow processes, the Account Executive helps provide effective communication to clients (as appropriate), account team members, agency partners, and vendors. Keen attention to detail is essential. As a day-to-day resource for the Toyota Account, the AE helps manage production budgets, produce assets and assists in reviewing creative executions to ensure accuracy, continuity, and strategic compatibility. * Essential Functions * Coordinates the planning and execution of advertising activities, including creative traffic responsibilities, for client, in accordance with client's objectives and budget(s), and direction from Account Supervisor(s) * Guides day-to-day development of advertising projects' activities within approved plans. * Serves as liaison between internal agency partners: media, social, experiential, research & planning, production teams, project management and creative groups, with communication, as appropriate, with clients. * Submits cost estimates to client for approval. * Develops and leverages competitive and market research documents and information, to evaluate, adjust, and redirect campaigns or business strategies. * Leads process of legal reviews and asset management within client's proprietary systems. * Maintains and manages client/agency meeting requests, invitations and develops conference call reports for internal and external client distribution. * Maintains confidentiality while working closely with client and other agency partners regarding all aspects of campaigns. * Qualifications Candidates best suited for this role will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, plus 1-2 years of relevant advertising agency account management experience. * Mandatories:* Candidate should reside in the Chicagoland metro area/with ability to work-in office (Downtown Chicago), in accordance with Burrell Communications' current hybrid-work schedule. * Excellent administrative, organization, oral and written communications skills. * Be solutions-oriented, flexible, and focused on executing plans that successfully meet client needs and campaign objectives. * Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to clients, agency partners and other departments within the organization. * Previous work experience within the automotive category is optional. * Why you will love working at Burrell We don't just talk culture, we live it.
