About the Position As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the trusted partner for our facility clients--coordinating provider onboarding, managing virtual care schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll collaborate across departments and work directly with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for growth and improved service delivery. What You'll Do

• Project Manage onboarding and credentialing efforts for existing clients and new facilities
• Own the end-to-end provider scheduling process for inpatient and outpatient care
• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building long-term, trusted relationships
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking service activity, updates, and touchpoints
• Obtain and deliver timely reports and client documentation, including encounter and compliance reports
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Collaborate with Business Development on identifying and executing service expansion
• Partner with internal teams across clinical services, operations, recruiting, and credentialing
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve service-related issues swiftly
• Support reporting and data tracking for internal and client-facing strategy sessions

Qualifications

& Skills

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, account/client services, or project coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with precision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
