About the Position As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the trusted partner for our facility clients--coordinating provider onboarding, managing virtual care schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll collaborate across departments and work directly with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for growth and improved service delivery. What You'll Do * Project Manage onboarding and credentialing efforts for existing clients and new facilities * Own the end-to-end provider scheduling process for inpatient and outpatient care * Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building long-term, trusted relationships * Maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking service activity, updates, and touchpoints * Obtain and deliver timely reports and client documentation, including encounter and compliance reports * Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback * Collaborate with Business Development on identifying and executing service expansion * Partner with internal teams across clinical services, operations, recruiting, and credentialing * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve service-related issues swiftly * Support reporting and data tracking for internal and client-facing strategy sessions Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred * 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, account/client services, or project coordination * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with precision * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience with CRM platforms, EHR systems, or scheduling tools is a plus Why Join TeleMed2U? * Be part of a passionate team improving access to care across the U.S. * Support innovative virtual specialty care programs * Make an impact for patients in underserved communities * Work in a flexible environment with remote and hybrid options * Help shape the future of tech-enabled healthcare Ready to make a difference?
