Position: Sales Consultant - B2B (Staffing, Leadership, and Workforce Development) Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission-Based) Description Bald Eagle Coaching LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to lead B2B sales efforts focused on staffing solutions, leadership development, and workforce development services. This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with potential for transition to a permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic business relationships, promoting our services, and driving market engagement to support our company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B relationships with businesses seeking staffing, workforce, and leadership development solutions.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers (HR professionals, business owners, executives) in target industries.
- Generate leads and close sales by presenting our staffing, leadership, and workforce development services.
- Promote brand awareness through networking, cold outreach, social media, and industry events.
- Support business launch efforts by driving early adoption and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess staffing and workforce needs, offering tailored solutions.
- Monitor and report sales performance, tracking lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.
Qualifications
& Skills
- Proven B2B sales experience in staffing, HR services, leadership development, or workforce solutions preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Experience in cold calling, networking, and consultative selling.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing, and sales automation tools.
- Industry connections or experience in staffing, HR consulting, or leadership development is a plus.
