Description: LIM Group is a French company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of luxury equipment for various equestrian disciplines. Join a dynamic team and build your international experience within a leading company in the horse riding industry. LIM is currently looking for a Sales Manager to develop sales in North America. Primary Objectives: * Grow, develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets * Travel to recruit, manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance * Enhance the efficiency of company tools in daily sales activities Requirements: Responsibilities: * Identify new business opportunities across North America and build strong relationships with clients * Attend major horse shows to represent the company * Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed performance reviews * Train, coach, and evaluate sales team members to ensure their growth and effectiveness * Collaborate with other departments to deliver an optimal customer service * Coordinate operational marketing activities to boost network development and increase brand exposure Travel Requirements: Approximately 70% travel within the US and Canada, including 10 Saturdays per year Location: Relocation may be required Compensation Package: - Package: $70,000 base pay in the first year, with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses - up to $40,000. * Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks plus the week of Christmas * 100% heath coverage including medical, dental and vision * Company Car
