We're Hiring: Cold Calling Sales Development Representative (SDR) Are you a natural on the phone? Thrive on the thrill of turning a "not interested" into a booked meeting? We're looking for a driven, confident, and goal-crushing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Make 80-100 outbound cold calls per day to prospects
• Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives
• Follow call scripts (but add your personal flavor)
• Maintain clean CRM records and activity tracking
• Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable using CRMs (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
