Responsibilities: * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties * Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and financing options * Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations * Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties * Maintain an organized database of properties, clients, and transactions * Stay updated on local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, appraisers, and inspectors Qualifications: * A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one * Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated with a desire to build a successful business * Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment We are actively growing in Oklahoma and Texas with expansion opportunities nationwide.
