Full description of the position

Job Summary: Material Drop is looking for a motivated Sales Market Manager to join our team in the California Bay Area. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sense of initiative who enjoys building client relationships and driving new business. In this position, you'll manage key client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction--all while working alongside a collaborative team that values results and career development. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients * Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing insights and tailored solutions * Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for growth * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to expand our reach * Drive business development initiatives to increase market visibility * Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track activities and manage progress * Work with the sales team to meet shared targets and celebrate wins * Coordinate daily driver routes to ensure efficient deliveries * Communicate with clients to address needs and quickly resolve any issues * Make deliveries as needed to support team and client needs * Train new drivers and assist as our team grows * Handle physical requirements, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 80 lbs Ideal Candidate Skills: * Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field * Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software * Knowledge of warm calling and relationship-building techniques * Experience with roofing and/or construction materials is a plus but not required What We Offer: * Career Advancement: Opportunities for growth within a dynamic team * Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Incentives: Performance-based bonuses to reward hard work and success Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred * Demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development, and client relations Position Details: * Location: California Bay Area (in-person role) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time * Salary: $55,500 - $60,000 per year, with bonus opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
