Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling dental products and services to dental practices, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of clients while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing skills and a passion for the dental industry, with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers. Duties * Build relationships with ENTs, pediatricians, orthodontists, and general dentists * Educate offices on your services (e.g., implants, sedation, pediatric dentistry) * Track referrals and maintain CRM data * Represent the practice at networking events * Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline sales processes and enhance outreach efforts. * Create compelling advertising materials, including copywriting for brochures, emails, and online content. * Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness. * Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. * Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback and product offerings. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and expand professional connections. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry. * Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including advertising sales and analytics. * Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and platforms such as WordPress. * Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content that resonates with target audiences. * Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage resources for marketing initiatives. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
