Are you ready to advance your career in insurance sales? We are looking for a driven Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a licensed advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with both new and existing clients, assessing their needs, and offering customized insurance solutions. With access to a wide variety of carriers, you'll be able to provide clients with the most suitable coverage at competitive prices. But that's just the beginning! As an Insurance Advisor, you'll also: * Manage warm inbound calls and make outgoing calls to leads with ease * Evaluate customer insurance needs and recommend coverage based on risk assessments * Close sales and coordinate deposit collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Continuously expand your knowledge of insurance products and underwriting criteria * We believe in rewarding hard work. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * We value diverse experiences, including current licensed agents, restaurant workers, car salespeople, phone sales professionals, or any customer-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills * Comfortable making calls and speaking with clients all day * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage and build rapport with potential customers * Persuasive, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed * Energetic, outgoing, and approachable demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Resilience in handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude for the next opportunity * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); CRM/Salesforce experience preferred * This is an in-office position at 7910 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, NC 28277 * Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and one Saturday per month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
