Job Description: We are in search of a passionate, experienced, and highly self-motivated Independent Sales Representative to join our team at Saddle Cabin Co. As an Independent Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling from leads generated by digital advertising solutions across our unique media platforms. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and in return an equal part of accountability for performance with external and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your networking skills and industry knowledge to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the Ranch Realtors in the TX and OK area. * Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their home needs , and providing tailored solutions that align with the unique tastes of the buyer. * Sales Presentations: Create engaging sales presentations that effectively showcase the value proposition of Saddle Cabin homes. * Negotiation and Closing: Employ strategic negotiation techniques to secure contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth for both the buyer and Saddle Cabin Co. * Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI. * Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth and innovation within the arts and culture sector. * Reporting and Goal Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM systems, and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and achievements. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in sales, preferably with leads generated by social media. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and competitive marketplace. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in reporting and data analysis. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
