As we expand our operations to include partnerships with major retail chains, such as CVS and Walgreens, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Retail Partner Operations Specialist to manage and facilitate our new business-to-business (B2B) pharmacy initiatives. This role will be crucial in establishing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales growth in this new channel. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international retail partners, including CVS, Walgreens, and other pharmacy chains. * Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management with retail partners. * Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, E-commerce, Merchandise, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional strategies. * Monitor sales performance and provide insights to optimize product placement and marketing strategies within retail stores. * Assist in resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise in the retail partner network. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the B2B retail sector. * Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance and operational metrics to senior management. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, B2B sales, or account management, preferably within the health and wellness industry. * Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and retail partner dynamics. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance metrics. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
