Overview

At eRYDE, we've been on a mission for over 16 years to curate the largest selection of eBikes & eMotos in the Los Angeles area as we believe everyone will own an electric bike in the near future. We carry over 30+ brands to test ride and currently served over 10,000+ customers since we opened in 2008. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for them.

Duties

• Have a deep understanding of all brands, products and services we provide to our customers
• Work directly with customers at our shop to both sell & intake service eBikes on a daily basis
• Work closely with our sales lead to learn about all the eBikes we sell and the services we provide to customers.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM to provide the best follow up to our customers
• Attend staff meetings & sales meetings
• Assist with any pickup or delivery orders to customers
• Opportunity to grow into a Store Manager role in the future

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Proficient in inside sales techniques and strategies, including effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
