Job Description

: As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for evaluating customers' needs and recommending appropriate HVAC solutions that ensure their comfort and meet their budget. You will act as a trusted consultant, helping clients make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities

: - Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer comfort needs. - Provide thorough explanations of HVAC system options, benefits, and pricing. - Develop and present tailored HVAC proposals that align with client expectations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and support. - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. - Stay informed on the latest HVAC technologies and trends to effectively educate customers. - Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

: - Proven experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor or in a related sales/customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build trust and rapport quickly. - Familiarity with HVAC systems, products, and industry standards. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
