Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-premise and off-premise beverage sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry dynamics. Ability and willingness to thrive while working independently, showcasing initiative and self-motivation. Strong pre-existing relationships within the beverage industry that can be leveraged to drive sales and foster partnerships. Proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and internal team members alike, ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative by actively seeking and utilizing customer feedback to identify needs, opportunities, and drive improvements. Valid TABC certification to ensure compliance with state regulations. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role. Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. You must be at least 21 years old to comply with industry regulations. Willingness to work full-time, including non-traditional hours and late-night shifts, based on customer needs and market demands. Computer literate with proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective reporting and presentation of sales data. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and can enhance your understanding of the industry and business practices. Being bilingual is a plus, allowing you to connect with a broader range of customers and enhance communication.
