Automotive Sales Consultant Silko Auto Group is looking to hire for Automotive Sales Consultant openings at our new Volkswagen dealership in South Easton, MA! We are looking to build the team for our new location. Our auto group is dedicated to providing the highest quality customer experience in both the car purchasing and servicing process. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to: * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401(k) plan * Bonus and commission pay, on top of hourly pay * Paid Time Off / Vacations Job Responsibilities * Be a dedicated point of contact for customers to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered * Ask probing questions and determine customer needs in order to match their expectations and identify upsell opportunities * Educate customers on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and upselling opportunities * Accurately discuss pricing for purchasing or leasing new vehicles, add-ons, maintenance scheduling, and more * Establish relationships with leads and customers as a dedicated contact for future assistance, maintaining a portfolio of clients accordingly * Manage financing options and packages with dedicated customers, providing assistance with questions about pricing and available offers * Stay up to date on vehicle inventory * Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation * Attend staff meetings, trainings and keep up with product knowledge on a monthly basis * Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions Job Qualifications * 2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred but not required - training will be provided to the right candidate as needed * Volkswagen-specific experience or knowledge is a huge plus * High school diploma or equivalent education * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles * Professional demeanor and appearance * Able to pass a background check * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Weekly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: * South Easton, MA 02375: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Automotive Sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: * South Easton, MA 02375: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
