Nulf Management Services is seeking an energetic, people person with a strong work ethic to join us as our a part-time Showing Assistant. You will play an integral role in property showings, advertising, and being the first impression of our company. Qualified applicants must have: * People oriented * Positive, happy attitude * Some real estate experience * A reliable, all-weather vehicle * Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car * Strong technology and typing skills * A strong work ethic and desire to "to it right the first time" * Commission Position During the day you will be assisting with the following: * Showing rental listings to prospective tenants * Representing our company in a good light * Having a great attitude every day We are a quickly growing company that is about to start franchising nationally so there is quite a bit of room to move "up the ladder" and into a full-time position. We reward doers and achievers... those who give it 110% everyday no matter what obstacles pop up. The usual schedule is 3-6 hours per weekday afternoon/evening with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) being required per week. It can vary and we are flexible to your needs to some degree. Want a weekend off? Then shift the schedule around and work Saturday and Sunday the week before. We're open to shuffle the schedule so long as you're meeting the team goals. Evenings and weekend work is MANDATORY for this position however. We don't expect you to work every weekend and evening but every week there must be some evening and weekend hours. Pay is per $25 per showings, showings are 30 minutes long.
