The RV Lifestyle Specialist (Sales Consultant) in our Surprise, AZ location is responsible for selling recreational vehicles (RVs) to customers. This will include providing product information, conducting sales presentations, negotiating sales terms, and managing the sales process from start to finish. The RV Sales Consultant also builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, assists with marketing efforts, and provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. What makes us unique? * We have 6 facility locations - Dallas, Surprise, Las Vegas, Nashville, Washington D.C. and Atlanta * We are a full-service facility from sales to RV preparation for our customers next trip * We are expanding and building brand new, state-of-the-art stores * Our atmosphere is one where we consider ourselves a 'mentoring' facility where everyone helps, promotes, and cares about one another Responsibilities of an RV Lifestyle Specialist: * Meets sales goals utilizing RV sales best practices and company guidelines * Willing to learn RV sales and up-sell techniques * Basic knowledge or the ability to quickly learn: Salesforce, Internet Searches and Microsoft Outlook systems * Conduct thorough appraisals of RVs, assessing their condition, features, and market value * Create and manage detailed listings for RVs, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing information * Utilize various sales channels, including online marketplaces and dealership showrooms, to market and sell RVs * Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on RVs, pricing, and financing options * Negotiate and close RV sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals * Collaborate with the dealership's sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience * Stay up-to-date on RV industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions * Maintain other duties as assigned or requested.
