Euliss Propane Company is a locally run, family-owned business serving central North Carolina since 1952. We are not a faceless, national chain! We are a real team based in Liberty, NC. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is a strong communicator with keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Customer service experience is required. The CSR must be able to support delivery, daily operations, service and sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role plays a critical part in building relationships, addressing customer needs and contributing to the overall success of our business. Industry-specific propane training is provided--no prior experience in the field is necessary. If you're proactive, detail-oriented and committed to excellent service, we'd love to hear from you! Please note: This is NOT a remote position.

Requirements

:

• Customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a bonus).
• A willingness to learn, collaborate and contribute positively to the team and company culture.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, text and in person.
• Promote and cross-sell propane appliances, price protection plans and service contracts to existing and prospective customers.
• Assist with invoicing for propane installation and service jobs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate in scheduling service and installation jobs efficiently, considering customer preferences and operational requirements.
• Act as a team player, contributing to the overall success of the company.
• Conduct collection calls professionally, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments from customers.
• Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to keep track of annual plan renewals and other data.
