We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our World Class Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Duties - Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell vehicles to customers - Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features - Negotiate pricing and terms with customers - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale - Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets Qualifications - Experience in automotive sales, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in sales software for inventory control and customer management - Strong negotiation skills to secure deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership - Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak publicly and convey information effectively - Knowledge of market trends and the automotive industry - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers - Phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries and follow-ups - Stellantis experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $108,240.00 - $120,812.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Performance bonus Experience: * Auto Sales: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Ballwin, MO 63011 (Required) Work Location: In person
