• Sales and Leadership Experience : Preferred but not mandatory - we are willing to train the right people.
• Life Insurance License : Must have or be willing to obtain.
• Commission-Only Sales Position : Average first-year agent makes $75K.
• Proprietary Sales System : Working warm leads in a turn-key business model.
• Commission Structure : Average commission starting out is $550 per sale with the ability to receive a 5% raise every 2 months based on production.

• Willingness to Be Trained : In our proven system for success.
