Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Retail Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Retail Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting with budgeting, and leading a team to achieve store goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales.(This is to be a leader of a S.M.A.R.T team). You will lead 2 to 3 employees and help fix designated stores Duties * Assist the Retail Sales Manager in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. * Support in budgeting activities and monitor financial performance. * Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and replenishment. * Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills. * Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. * Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience. * Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Skills * Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail management role is preferred. * Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficient in budgeting and financial management practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. * Knowledge of inventory control systems and retail sales processes. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions. * Strong math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
