JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a stellar Lead Agent to join our team! We are expecting a motivated, self-starter who enjoys helping people and will assist them in navigating through the home-selling and home-buying process. The Lead Agent is responsible for assisting several seller/buyer clients at a time. If you are great at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time well, WE WANT YOU!! RESPONSIBILITIES: * Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments * Manage all leads in contact database system; set and complete tasks in the system, track all client communications * Identify homes that meet prospective buyers' home search criteria, schedule showings, help them to refine their criteria * Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home selling/buying process * Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods * Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and work with clients to get that property under contract REQUIREMENTS: * Applicants for this position will have NC and SC Real Estate licenses * Minimum 1 year real estate experience with proven sales record * Must be a TEAM player, motivated and personable * Live & Breathe HPREA Core Values * Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability * Be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and focus on outstanding customer service * Ability to work in a very fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude OTHER REWARDS & PERKS: * QUALITY LEADS PROVIDED FOR YOU!!! * Full Access to Dedicated Showing Specialists * Friendly Internal Competition and Contests with your fellow team members * Regular skills-based training and 1:1 coaching * Client Events extended to your past clients and SOI (Sphere of Influence) * No Marketing & Advertising Costs - HPREA will bear all of the marketing costs, advertising, lead generation, and contract processing. IDEAL EXPERIENCE: * Worked in a high volume, inbound/outbound sales environment * Customer-facing service industry/restaurant experience
