Responsibilities

of the Entry-Level Account Manager:

• Deliver tailored products & services to meet unique consumer needs
• Drive & exceed sales growth through regular & direct consumer interaction
• Foster and build relationships with new and existing customer accounts
• Utilize solution-based sales techniques taught by industry leaders to retain and grow customer accounts
• Collaborate with Entry-Level Account Manager team members to solidify quality work and meet key performance indicators in sales and customer engagement What We 're Looking For in an Entry-Level Account Manager:
• High school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of experience as an Entry-Level Account Manager, sales, or client-facing roles, is a plus but not required
• Ability to meet with clients & consumers in an in-person setting
• Strong attention to detail when handling important & private information
• Exceptional communication skills, especially in a sales environment
• A dedicated attitude to continuous learning and the ability to quickly learn new skills
