High Caliber Land Company is seeking two ambitious, results-oriented sales professionals to join our growing Victory Land Sales team. With properties across three major Texas markets, we're revolutionizing how working-class Americans can own their piece of Texas. THE ROLE As a Land Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force connecting potential buyers with their dream properties. You'll work directly with leads to guide them through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospect for qualified buyers through multiple channels including phone outreach and social media * Effectively qualify leads and follow our proven sales process to close deals * Use your personal social media presence to market properties and generate leads * Build relationships with blue-collar Americans seeking affordable land ownership * Draft and send contracts to buyers and manage all aspects of the closing process * Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth transactions * Implement marketing strategies to promote our current inventory WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Proven sales experience with demonstrated closing ability (REQUIRED) * Real estate experience (MAJOR PLUS) * Spanish speaking capability (MAJOR PLUS) * Established social media presence with engaged followers (HUGE PLUS) * Graphic design experience for creating marketing materials (HUGE PLUS) * Natural confidence and ability to build rapport quickly * Comfortable using personal social media accounts for business purposes * Strong work ethic and hunger to succeed in a commission-based environment * Ability to connect with and understand the needs of blue-collar Americans * Willingness to follow frameworks and sales processes * Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE: * First 90 days: $3,000/month base salary PLUS commission (probationary period) * After 90 days: Commission structure * 2% commission on cash sales * 1% commission on owner-finance sales * Projected annual earnings: $72,000 - $144,000+ (uncapped) * W-2 position with 15 days PTO earned per year * In-office position (Castle Rock, CO) for first 6 months, potential for remote flexibility afterward PTO POLICY FOR COMMISSION-BASED EMPLOYEES * We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) for our commission-based employees in a way that ensures fair compensation while rewarding performance * PTO is paid based on your average commission earnings over the last 12 weeks * When you take PTO, we calculate your payout using your average weekly earnings during that period * The more you earn, the higher your PTO pay--so your time off reflects your success! * PTO accrues as you work and is available for use after 90 days * You can use PTO for vacations, sick time, or personal days PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: * After training, successful representatives are expected to sell $400k+ in property monthly * Our current top representative consistently achieves $800k+ in monthly sales, demonstrating the significant earning potential in this role * Comprehensive training and support provided to help you reach and exceed performance targets WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Fast-paced, results-driven team atmosphere * Monday-Friday schedule * Modern office in Castle Rock, CO * Comprehensive training program WHY JOIN US? * Uncapped commission potential * Clear path to six-figure earnings * Learn the lucrative land investment business * Comprehensive training and support * Work with a company that values accountability and professional growth * Be part of a young, growing company with ground-floor opportunities Ready to take control of your income potential?
