Hemp and Tea Company is hiring enthusiastic Sales Associates with Bartender experience for our vibrant retail dispensary along with a cannabis cocktail bar and tea bar at our Langtree location in Mooresville, NC. We specialize in premium loose-leaf teas, innovative hemp and cannabis-infused blends, and a diverse selection of cannabis products. Position: Sales Associate & Bartender Location: Langtree, Mooresville, NC About the Role: We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our growing team! This blended role includes responsibilities as both a Sales Associate and Bartender, offering competitive pay averaging $18-$22 per hour (hourly base plus tips). Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service and education on our tea and cannabis product offerings. * Prepare and serve tea beverages, cannabis-infused drinks, and specialty mocktails. * Educate customers about the benefits, usage, and care instructions for cannabis and wellness products. * Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain store organization and cleanliness, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards. * Contribute positively to team dynamics and actively participate in store events and community outreach. * Occasional travel between locations or for community events may be required. Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail sales, dispensary, or bartending roles required. * Interest or prior knowledge of tea, cannabis, and wellness industries is strongly preferred * Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. * Must be 21 years or older and comply with all relevant state and federal guidelines.
