Essential Functions as a Retail Customer Team Member: * Become an expert in renewable energy by working with our teams to educate on the benefits of sustainable and clear energy practices * Deliver exceptional customer service, educate and guide potential customers on our renewable energy initiatives in a retail setting * Work jointly with Senior Sales Executive and Renewable Energy Consultants to identify customers concerns * Exhibit high levels of professionalism in a retail environment; this includes keeping working area clean, professionally addressing customers, and presenting educational benefits of services * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, sales team, management, and retail personnel * Generate appointments if necessary for customers to have an installation quote Essential Requirements of a Retail Customer Team Member: * Basic knowledge of renewable energy and sales is a plus * Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or solar * Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making abilities * Established reputation for honest ethical practices and leading by example * Interest in making the world more sustainable and energy efficient * Expert in public speaking and presenting * Comfortable working in a retail environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,500.00 - $59,000.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: On the road
