We are passionate about creating tools that enhance learning experiences and drive success in the education sector. As a rapidly growing startup, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Sales Director to join our team and spearhead our sales efforts. Position Overview The Tech Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy, focusing on landing high-value clients. This individual will be developing and executing sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-ticket sales within the tech industry and experience working with startup companies. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. * Identify and target high-value clients. * Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Business Development * Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach. * Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote edYOU Technologies. * Leverage market insights and customer feedback to drive product innovation and improvement. Sales Operations * Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. * Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize sales processes. * Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team. Qualifications Experience * Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the tech industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Proven success in high-ticket sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Experience working in or selling to startup companies is highly desirable. Skills * Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Education * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
