JOB DESCRIPTION: Janitorial Operations/Sales Manager NOTE: Pay based on experience In the role of Janitorial Operations/Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving business growth through effective negotiation, account management, and sales strategies. Reporting to the President, you will leverage your leadership skills to guide the Operations team and analyzing market trends to optimize performance. Your expertise in B2B sales and familiarity with tools like Salesforce will enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, your commitment to customer service will ensure client satisfaction, making you an essential asset in achieving the organization's sales objectives and fostering long-term relationships. Some of your time will be spent but not limited to working/supervising in person and remotely with the Janitorial Operations management, supervisors, cleaners and customers as needed to ensure growth, retention and customer satisfaction.
