Overview

: We're seeking Store Managers who can lead by example, enforce company policies, and foster a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for customer service and team development.

Responsibilities

:

• Lead and manage daily store operations
• Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Train, coach, and supervise store associates
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Monitor inventory and handle stock management
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
• Drive store performance through effective leadership and initiative

Qualifications

:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a retail or customer-facing management role
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for a 3-4 week training period
• Must have a reliable car or vehicle for transportation between store locations as needed Preferred:
• Previous experience opening new stores or working with growing businesses
